89. Go to Pops

Check! Several weeks ago, I fulfilled #89 on my 101 list...to go to Pops! I've been wanting to go to Pops for the longest time and my wish came true. A few of our friends were heading to OKC for a birthday party, so we decided to stop at Pops for dinner. It's about an hour away from Tulsa, but the food is good, inexpensive and it's definitely a fun experience! 

What's Pops? Here are some pictures from our adventure. 

A long story short, Pops is basically a very modern gas station in the middle of Oklahoma, but it's famous for its selection of sodas. There are over 500 different types of soda. 

You walk in the building and the windows are lined with soda bottles. 

Plus, there is even one outside. It's huge and lights up at night. 

One side of the gas station sells soda, merchandise and snacks. 

While the other side is a diner. 

Here is a picture of us picking out our soda for dinner. 

Now, we're just waiting for dinner. 

While we were waiting, this little boy at the counter was cracking us up. He ordered a hamburger for dinner. When he received it, he placed the top of his burger on the counter and poured ketchup all over it. Then, he started to dip his fries in the ketchup. Can you see the burger bun in the picture? LOL. 

Anyway, we had a great time at Pops and we are definitely planning a second visit in the summer. Here are some pictures before parted ways. Check out the soda that we bought to bring home.
